Doctor Bush lives in Chapel Hill with his wife, a psychiatrist, and their three children. He has served as team physician for local high school athletic programs and speaks frequently on various orthopaedic topics in community outreach.  Doctor Bush enjoys the culinary arts and pursuing his musical interests, playing the guitar, in particular.
