Dr. Bush lives in Chapel Hill with his wife, a psychiatrist, and their three children. He has served as team physician for local high school athletic programs and speaks frequently on various orthopaedic topics in community outreach. Doctor Bush enjoys the culinary arts and pursuing his musical interests, playing the guitar, in particular.

Anna is originally born in Ohio but was raised in South Florida. She received her bachelors from Grove City College and then moved to Nashville, TN to complete her Physician Assistant studies at Trevecca Nazarene University. She was drawn to North Carolina because of its proximity to both the ocean and the mountains. As a new resident, she is learning the importance of adopting a basketball team and is currently accepting suggestions. She also enjoys traveling, trying new food and getting outside for a run. Anna is married and has a beautiful baby girl born in October 2016.

Gary was born in Utah and raised in Montana. He joined the United States Army when he was 17 years old and has lived in Korea, Colorado, Germany and North Carolina. 19 of his 20 years in the military, he served in a Special Forces unit. First, in a supportive role as a radio operator (31C and 25W); then in 2005 he was selected to attend an elite military school at JFK Warfare and Medical School wherehe became a Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D). Throughout his military career, Gary deployed more often than he can count. He has vast medical and healthcare experience ranging from emergency medicine to dental medicine and even veterinary medicine as he was often the only healthcare provider for his team and for locals in extreme environments and remote settings. After retiring from military service, Gary achieved a longtime goal of becoming a Physician Assistant. He is married and the father of 4 children. In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, rock climbing, hunting, fishing, and traveling the world. He joined CCOA in July of 2017.
