Physicians and Staff
The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, the only orthopaedic board recognized as legitimate by the American Council on Medical Specialties has certified our physician. We are graduates of accredited medical schools and residencies in general orthopaedic surgery. We are credentialed for privileges at Central Carolina Hospital. We are in the process of credentialing at the new Chatham Hospital in Siler City which will open on or around 7/1/08. We look forward to serving the orthopaedic needs of patients in Chatham County.
We have a Physician Assistant with over twelve years of experience in our office who can respond to emergencies, telephone calls, and so on. Our Physician Assistant has been carefully selected from a large pool of applicants.
We have strong associations with the primary care physicians and surgical specialists in our community and believe that health care providers in our region hold us in high esteem.
We are members of The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons,
The North Carolina Orthopaedic Association, The North Carolina Medical Society, American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and many other organizations that focus on continuing medical education. We maintain close affiliations and frequently consult with faculty of our medical schools and orthopaedic training programs. |
